Good and kind employees in management and staff. Exceptionally comfortable beds and climate control. Clean facilities. Great and perfect location next to an electrical outlet. Just next door to a good restaurant.

friendliness of staff and the lotion!

Canned fruit and packaged rolls and cakes.....nothing really special that we would tell others about. Coffee was good. Missed juice and a fresh donut! Eggs were not real scrambled and tasted very fake......sausage was dry. You guys can do much better than this to go along with everything else that is terrific.

Loved the homey touch of warm cookies and popcorn.

The hotel's proximity to a variety of restaurants and easily accessible electrical outlets made it a convenient choice for me.

Signage not visible. Hard to find. While very comfortable and clean, this hotel needs a serious makeover.

Great staff, great free breakfast, clean establishment, don't understand the b.o. smell in the rooms-- I have stayed here in the past and that was never an issue.

The room we were first put into had a distinct body odor smell. We asked to be moved and the staff was gracious and accommodating. We were moved to another room that unfortunately had slightly the same smell. We bought a glade plug-in and it was fine.

This place is spotless, the staff is fantastic, the rooms are great, and there are lots of delicious breakfast options, making for a comfortable stay overall.

Extraordinarily friendly staff in my management and staff and the pool area was nice. The hotel was in a good location, in the middle of jackson. And it was also just off amusements, good restaurant, and an electrical outlet;))

The staff was excellent. The lady in the food area was especially nice and attentive. The room was great although small but clean.

I did not get my money back from the $50 deposit paid when checking in. I will admit that I have not checked in two weeks, but when I last checked the money was debited from my account and never returned.

The room was very well decorated and reasonably spacious, with a comfy bed and hypo-allergenic pillows. I appreciate the convenience of having a microwave oven, coffee/tea making machines, and a refrigerator in the room. The hotel's location is great, right next to restaurants and close to Columbus.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The cleanliness was impeccable, and the hotel facilities were modern and well-maintained. We found convenient parking on the premises and the location was close to Urbana OH. The memory foam beds were incredibly comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep. We also appreciated the fact that there was a good restaurant within walking distance. The breakfast provided was delicious and offered a variety of options. The staff was friendly and helpful, ensuring that our stay was pleasant and enjoyable.

I had an amazing stay at this hotel. The staff, particularly Kristen, went above and beyond to make sure I had everything I needed, even after a long race. The room was spotless and the bed was incredibly comfortable. The breakfast was delicious and not like the generic spreads you usually find at hotels. The hotel is conveniently located near great restaurants, some of which are within walking distance. It's also close to an electrical outlet, which was very convenient for charging my devices. The staff was courteous and polite throughout my stay.
